Questions? We've got you
Everything new parents usually ask.
Which size should I choose?
Check the size options on each product page. Baby pieces are sized by age in months; the Snuggle Pods hoodie is sized for mum (S–2XL). If you're between sizes, size up for comfort.
Is it safe for my baby?
Our pieces are made for supervised playtime and photos — not for sleep. Always stay with your little one while they're wearing or sitting in them.
Will it arrive in time for Christmas?
Every order ships with tracking and your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. Order early in the season to be safe — Expedited Shipping is available as an add-on.
What if it doesn't fit or I don't love it?
You're covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Just reach out through our contact page and we'll sort it out.
Does it make a good gift?
Yes! It arrives gift-ready — a favourite for baby showers and grandparents.
